Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. If you expect to arrive after 20:30 please advise the property of your mobile phone number so key pick up arrangements can be made. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card and a 3.5% charge when you pay with a Union Pay debit or credit card.
Guests may be required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
One child under 2 years is charged AUD 10 per night in a child's cot/crib. All further older children or adults are charged AUD 15 per person per night when using existing beds. Maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
DEPOSIT: 100% of first night is charged 3 days prior to arrival for longer stays.
CANCELLATION: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 300 can be required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
